2025 was the most challenging year Birds & Beans Coffee has faced since our launch in 2008. It tested us — as a family business, as conservationists, and as people who believe deeply that coffee can be a force for good. And we made it through for one simple reason: community.

This spring, Birds & Beans was honored to co-sponsor, along with NOFA VT and our host locations, two unforgettable evenings with renowned author, ornithologist, and conservation advocate Scott Weidensaul — and we’re still buzzing from the energy, insight, and inspiration he brought to Vermont.
