Refund policy

If you wish to return an unopened bag of coffee or other merchandise please email info@birdsandbeanscoffee.com for a return label. If you would like a different product this will ship out within a week. If you would like a full refund this will be done via either Paypal or Stripe immediately and should enter your account within 3-5 business days.

If your coffee has been opened and you are unsatisfied with our product please email us or call us. We will be happy to discuss how best to resolve these issues. If the coffee or product is defunct we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued via either Paypal or Stripe and should enter your account within 3-5 business days.
