Coffee Subscription Management
Thank you for signing up for a Bird Friendly® coffee subscription. Many customers will automatically have received their account but it is possible to log out a guest and therefore you will need to email email@example.com to be sent an account invitation.
For everything else with your subscription (timing, pausing, one time products and changing your order or address) you should be able to edit and change this yourself through your Manage Subscription portal. You access this through the Green button in your account.
At Birds & Beans we are a very small team and we really appreciate if our customers would manage their own account changes where possible.
Please note for address changes you need to change the address of your subscription in the Subscription portal not just in your Account page.
