All of our coffee ships flat rate either UPS or USPS FOR $9.50.

We ship every Monday-Friday with the exception of the following holidays: • New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Day (Observed), and New Year’s Eve.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an unopened bag of coffee or other merchandise please email email@example.com for a return label. If you would like a different product this will ship out within a week. If you would like a full refund this will be done via either Paypal or Stripe immediately and should enter your account within 3-5 business days.
If your coffee has been opened and you are unsatisfied with our product please email us or call us. We will be happy to discuss how best to resolve these issues. If the coffee or product is defunct we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued via either Paypal or Stripe and should enter your account within 3-5 business days.
Payment and Billing Information
By providing a credit card or Paypal information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or other purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an “Order”). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your Order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your Birds & Beans Coffee account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes to your Coffee Subscription or changes in applicable taxes or other charges, and you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the corresponding amount.
